We understand that finding a new hair stylist can be a touch daunting, therefore we welcome you in for a complimentary 15 minute consultation to discuss your hair needs.

To keep your hair looking amazing from visit to visit, we invite you back in between your appointments for a complimentary fringe trim (Monday to Friday).

Our team are passionate about ongoing training and development. We celebrate their achievements with promotion which is reflected in our pricing structure.

We ask that you kindly give us 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel or re-arrange your appointment. We take a cancellation list for guests who can’t get an appointment, if you let us know in time we will be able to make someone’s day!

Please note all prices stated are starting prices and will depend on the length and thickness of your natural hair.

A patch test is required for Aveda colour services and brow and lash tinting. This must take place at least 24 hours before your appointment if you have not had this service at Courtyard Hair & Beauty within the last 6 months.

You will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire before your first spa treatment. This is for use by your therapist to ensure your treatment is 100% safe. We cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any injury or condition that may be affected by your treatment. Please inform your therapist or stylist of any changes in your health or allergic reations on subsequent visits. The Consultation form is kept for 3 months in a secure location and then destroyed. We do not pass on any of your personal information to any other organisation.
